I've installed the W3 total cache script for wordpress on regular blogs and it works great. However, when installed on a wordpress blog that is protected with aMember I get this error:

It appears Page Cache URL rewriting is not working. If using apache, verify that the server configuration allows .htaccess or if using nginx verify all configuration files are included in the configuration.

If I take the aMember code off the .htacess file then it works just fine. The difference when testing the site using gtmetrix.com goes from A's to D's.

I'm sure I'm missing something but I've tried to combine the aMember code and the W3 total cache code in the .htaccess file but they don't play nicely together. Anyone have suggestions or a fix?
