It's been 3 hours since I paid up and still no licence key. Have emailed support. How long do I have to wait?

Click on customers at top of page, enter the username & password you set up when purchasing aMember and it is there, as soon as you paid.

I'm afraid it's not. Clicking on Licence does nothing at all.

TopTip. Don't try to view your licence with IE8, the javascript doesn't work but these people don't warn you. try firefox instead.

    quirk,
We was not aware about issues with javascript in IE8, I will check this now.

In case you still don't have access to license I sent it in reply to your support ticket.

If Javascript appears to be turned off in IE and needs to be enabled. To do this:

    1. On the Tools menu, click Internet Options, and then click the Security tab.
    2. Click the Internet zone.
    3. Click Custom Level.
    4. In the Security Settings – Internet Zone dialog box, click Enable for Active Scripting in the Scripting section.
    5. Click the Back button to return to the previous page, and then click the Refresh button to run scripts.

It's nothing to do with my IE8 settings, the one thing I do know is javascript that's why I knew to try firefox. However, normally, IE* will run anything you throw at it, it's firefox that causes problems. this time it was the other way round which is very strange indeed.

    quirk,
    Forgot to update.
I tested member's area with IE8 and there was not any issue.
I can download license and aMember PRO files. Can you explain what happen when you try to access it using IE8? What didn't work exactly?
