The promised 24-hr free installation is apparently not happening, so I guess I will try to do the install myself. So much for guarantees.....

Anything I need to be sure not to foul up? Any thoughts? Any tips? Does customer support get better? Appreciate any help I can get. Thanks,

    /b

    Thanks

David: Thanks, I have watched it and what you share seems do-able by even me, but then you scared me by saying OK, now for the config work or whatever, you have to join with a premium acct. The fee structure doesn't fit my budget. Thanks, though. /b

NewDesign, It seems the installations typically don't happen over the weekends (Fri-Sun)..

If you do attempt an install and run into issues, post back here and we'll do whatever we can to help!!

    Ah-h-h-h

skippybosco: Thanks for taking the time to write. I wondered about that, but the site says 24 hours period. Nothing about "except on weekends." Where I come from, words mean what they say.

Thanks for your offer of help. I may need it. /b

    Not really

but thanks for asking. Worked fine for a day, then today for no reason home page link delivered people to my protected page. Can't get any help from help desk (24 hrs - HA!) and no one offered help in forum. I now have a post up asking about uninstalling. I give up on aMember. Maybe I am not savvy enough -- and I certainly don't have the patience -- so I am going a different route. You're the only person who paid attention to my problems and I thank you for that. We'll see if I actually get a refund....the link for it takes you to a 404 page. Handy....Thanks again
