Hello, I am wanting to offer a discount to the next months reoccurring bill cycle on our current members for doing a review for us. Is there any way to do this without having to cancel their current subscription and renew their membership, nor having to enter their card number again at anytime, just being able to apply it to their next months bill? Once a recurring plan is defined and in place, I don't think you are going to be able to pick out one payment in a series and have it billed at a discount. IMHO there is no real easy way to do this; however, maybe one of the other veterans of the program know of a way. You could easily send them a coupon good for future purchases or renewals if that would work.
