WARNING: Cannot find applicable e-mail template for [send_signup_mail,en,3,] in line

    Hi,

    When users sign up, they're getting this message:
    WARNING: Cannot find applicable e-mail template for [send_signup_mail,en,3,] in line 1195 of file common.inc.php

    a)I have no idea what that is and therefor..

    b)don't know what/how to fix it.

    Any help?
