what about the autoresponders (automatic emails)

    my new signups are NOT getting the emails i indicated in the "automated emails" field of the product details.

    i've tried using

    0-newmail.txt
    0 - newmail.txt

    and neither work.
    what am i doing wrong? the newmail.txt is in the templates folder.
