Hi: During my testing of aMember Pro, I found that when a payment is completed (aMember showed 'paid'), the payment status then show 'future' and the customer can not access his subscription. Please advise when and how the payment status will turn into 'active'? Is there a way to control to time required for the status to change from 'future' to 'active'? Thanks! Regards, Edward
Hi: I found that it was due my a mistake on my side. The starting date of the subscription is in the future (therefore the 'future' status). Once I manually adjusted the subscription period, the status immediate changed to 'active'. Case closed! Regards, Edward
