What templates are used when using Wordpress theme?

I finally figured out that my customization problems are related to the fact that if I check "Use Wordpress theme", aMember will not use any custom themes I've created.

So, here's the question: What .phtml files (or otherwise) do I need to edit to customize aMember pages when inheriting the Wordpress theme?

I found it, it's the amember.php file located under plugins/protected/wordpress
