Hi, I want to add a support forum within the member's area of my site. I'm very familiar with using and administrating phpBB forums and would prefer that if possible but am open to the possibility of a Snitz forum as well if it can accomodate all my wishes... Basically what I want is a forum that the user won't have to login to, since they're already going to be logged in via amember I want them to be already logged in using their amember username and password - this doesn't seem too hard since there's already some plugins... But here's where I REALLY need some advice from someone more experienced... I would really like my forum to be integrated with my existing website layout/template. I have your standard format site with a header and footer graphic of width 700 pixels. I would like the support forums to fit within that. It's not as easy as just editing the header and footer files either because I have borders on the left and right as well... you can see what I mean here: http://www.spacehogs.net Does anyone know of any bulletin boards that are very easy to integrate into a layout of this type? I think it's possibly with phpBB because I've seen it before but I've been searching high and low and can't find instructions on how to do this! A good example of what I would like to accomplish can be seen at therichjerk.com forum inside of the member's area... someone here must have seen that before right? Any inputs would be GREATLY appreciated.
Here's a link to the example I mentioned above... I would like to have a forum that integrates into my existing template at www.spacehogs.net so the outcome looks similar to this: http://www.therichjerk.com/forum/
I posted this question after days of searching and just a few minutes later I found my answer and fixed everything... Check it out: http://www.spacehogs.net/forum/ I'm proud of myself )... Now can anyone tell me how I go about installing the phpBB plugin on an exisiting amember script?
