Whats The Latest On Helpdesk Integration? - Should I Use Kayako?

    I went searching through previous forum posts, trying to find out how Kayako integrates with aMember.

    I just want my users to use their aMember user id and password to login to Kayako.

    Has anyone got Kayako to work with aMember? If not, what other helpdesk software products do you recommend?

    The info on the aMember plugin page is very vague "This plugin uses internal Kayako eSupport Integration abilities, so it works different way than other plugins"

    I would really appreciate any feedback from the forum. Thanks.

    Trellis Desk is an excellent Help Desk. It is free, user support (peer-to-peer) is free, official support by contract.

    The company is Accord5 I have never used paid support don't need it, you may find it helpful if yo want something special.

    Now you want a plugin ;) well as I use TD I wrote a plugin as well available over at JLogica.
