Where do you edit the membership panel pages/tabs?

Once you are logged in and inside the membership panel, I need to add an image/button to the membership panel. It needs to be on every tab also, so whether they click on "main page", "afiliate info", or any of the other tabs, this image/button will always be there.

If I wanted to add this image/button to all of these areas, where in cpanel file manager would I open them and edit them? Where are they located?

Are you looking to add a tab to the tabs, or a graphic to the members page? Sorry, the post isnt clear. Maybe post an image of what you want.
