Where to embed Google analytics code

I need to embed the Google Analytics code in Amember after a free or paid sign-up. What page should it go in?

Also, is there a variable I can pull in to represent the cost of the purchase so I can track that in GA?

To apply Google Analytics aMember pages follow these steps:

1. From the Admin Control Panel click on "Configuration" from the left menu panel
2. Then click on "Setup/Configuration" from the left menu panel.
3. Then click on "Plugins" from the top menu bar.
4. From the "Other Plugins" drop down choose "google-analytics"
5. Click on "Save" to add this plugin
6. Then click on the "Google Analytics" button in the top menu bar
7. Enter your Google Analytics Account ID in the field
8. Click on save to complete the process

Note that this will only track aMember pages. If you have aMember integrated with a third party program you will need to install Google Analytics on that portion of your site separately.
