So if the trouble tickets system is working, and they guarantee a response within 24 hours, why has it been 72 hours since we opened the ticket without even a word from their support team? Are they all on vacation? Reviews I have read about this program are all "Oh wonderful" "Great customer service"

I'm seeing this as almost untrue now. We NEED to get this up an running ASAP. So if anyone reading this is a support team member, please put down the golf club, the cup of coffee, or video game console and respond to our ticket!!

    Hi,
I'm back from my golf club so your ticket has been answered now.
I'm sorry for this delay, and want to explain why this happen one more time.
If you didn't get a reply in time, PLEASE DO NOT UPDATE CURRENT TICKET WITH UNNECESSARY QUESTIONS, create new and ask what happen.
Each follow up will put your ticket to the end of queue, so we will not see your ticket if you will update it frequently.

Beef is the culinary name for meat from bovines, especially domestic cattle (cows). Beef is one of the principal meats used in the cuisine of Australia, Europe and the Americas, and is also important in Africa, East Asia, and Southeast Asia. In the Middle East, lamb is usually preferred over beef. Beef is not normally eaten by the Hindu population in India as it is not allowed for religious reasons. It is also discouraged among some Buddhists.

    Hope that helps
