I noticed some members name appear on the list in blue and others in grey. They are all active. Why is that? Thanks.
I don't want to include the names to protect my clients privacy. They all were added MANUALLY. It shows as PAYMENT: NEVER because as I add the users manually, I don't know how to show they paid (they paid in person) But the thing is: They ALL are active and approved. Some of them are BLUE, some others are GREY
Do you have aMember CP -> Setup -> Global -> Manually approve new users enabled ? Try to edit "grey" users and check what is the value of "Is Approved" checkbox?
1.- I don't have "manually approved" checked 2.- When I edit "grey" members, "Is Approved" is checked
If you click on the details for one of the non-grey users and then go back to that page do they become grey? Maybe something to do with a: visited link style?
