I'm sure this is a simple noob mistake, so take pity. I've installed amember and WordPress 2.7. But when I try to access the amember directory I get either of two things: If I have a custom permalink setup in WP it shows my wordpress template with a "not found" message in place of a post. If I have the default permalink set, I get a standard 404 message with "The requested URL /amember/setup.php was not found on this server." Same thing happens without the "setup.php" and just /amember/ The amember folder is directly under my domain folder, and not in the Public folder with WP. So... What am I doing wrong? Thanks for your help! Chris
Sounds like a htaccess problem- conflicting with the real directory that amember is in. I'm not sure ignore the amember directory can be added to the wordpress created .htacess file. Maybe someone has posted this? If not- would also be interested in seeing the code. David
