    Hi,

I am using Wordpress 3.02 and the amember Wordpress Plugin is causing a tremendous slowing down in the WP-Backend when loggin in and when updating posts.

I already have deactivated all other plugins to exclude interferences, so I guess it must be something with the amember plugin...

    Regards...

@mallefitzo: The wordpress plugin does not have any impact when updating posts so I suspect the issue may be something else?

If you disable the amember plugin does the slowness go away?

If you mean beta WP plugin, try to reconfigure it using MySQL connection instead of XMLRPC.

@alexander: Why would creating a new post be impacted by the aMember Wordpress plugin?

Error seems to happen when aMember api initialized, if database is on the other server connection will be slow.
