Wordpress not getting the user level from amember

    Hmm... you might have missed something there.

    Something sounds off, as that usually doesn't happen (I know - I do these setups weekly).

    You sure you followed all the steps in setting up the wordpress plugin properly? And you sure you got the latest wordpress plugin too?

    Is the user getting copied over to the wordpress database?

    Yes.

    username, email, First Name, Last Name, Role, all get copied over. Only 'Post Levels' does not.

    At that point content as that user is still NOT accessible.

    I have to manually got to the 'Post Levels' plugin and set the users ID to '1'.

    Content is then available.

    Thanks for any advice.

    SOLVED

    OK, I removed the "Post Level" plugin and am only using role manager and it seems OK.

    It was causing the posts to be marked as 'Private'.

    So effectively it was a plugin issue and NOT an amember issue.
