I am using aMember to protect a Wordpress blog. How do I prevent WP "Subscribers" and "Contributors" from either 1) being able to access wp-admin/profile.php or 2) being able to change their password on wp-admin/profile.php. if the user can access this page. It seems if a password were changed on the WP page, the WP and aMember database would become out of sync.

Is it possible to delete the file, or change it to a redirect to the amember profile?

True, why not just redirect profile.php to point to the one in amember instead? Then you've got nothing to worry about, as all profile changes will be done in aMember.
