WorldPay Posting Back

    Hi


    I have the world pay plugin. It looks like people are paying via world pay, getting over to the worldpay payment page, and making the payment just fine.

    However, the amember control panel keeps showing them (and then subsequently notifying them) that their payment is not complete. Even though I have the money, their subscription is not active.

    I have triple-checked to make sure that the settings are correct per the worldpay directions.

    I also just tried opening a new ticket and it said I wasn't logged in, even though I am....and it said I need to "validate my email address" even though I have already (the help desk system is saying this).
