I asked for integration support and an amember support tech deleted the public_html folder of my website. I had no notice of this. I just found it gone when I logged later in the day. I then emailed back to find out what went wrong but haven't heard anything back. Luckily I was able to restore it from a backup but this is completely unprofessional. I would like an explanation of what happened.

confluencetrading, Why you think that this folder was deleted by our staff? Do you have FTP logs from your server? Did you asked your hosting support to investigate this issue? Can you contact me in Skype(alexander_cgicentral) or in helpdesk (Alexander Smith) I want to investigate this as well.
