ZEND Optimizer Install- Please help me!

    How do I install the Zend Optimizer to aMember? I had to reinstall my web files and cannot remember how I did it before. The error is when I go to load the admin control panel and I get this:

    Fatal error: Unable to read 15231 bytes in /home/xxxxxxxx/public_html/amember/rconfig-zend.inc.php on line 0

    I go to the page rconfig-zend.inc.php view it and it says I need to install Zend Optimizer.

    I have ftp'd it to my public_html and in my aMember directory. From there, I'm dead in the water. I'm not a programmer or scripter- I'm a WYSWYG guy! "No .exe to click!" Can you help? I figured it out last year, but have forgotten how to do it!

    Just reupload files in BINARY mode and it will work.

    I am getting: Corrupted encoded data detected in /home/kjoforg/public_html/amember/rconfig-zend.inc.php on line 0

    I've uploaded several times in binary- same problem. I've re-downloaded my install files and tried that, too.
